One of the HAWTest color trends this season is OXBLOOD, the name is a play of the term “oxygenated blood,” the color when blood is exposed to air and turns a deep, dark red. This color is splattered on everything from clutches to jumpsuits. Placing at least one item of OXBLOOD wont hurt your wardrobe! But where to begin the search ……

It’s as easy as spending time with your MOTHER………..This past weekend I went to Target with my moms, and I picked up a FAB OXBLOOD Croc Mossimo Clutch for only $13 bucks!!! One of the trends we are loving here at MH for Fall 2012 is Graphic pullover. This almost sweater/ almost sweat shirt garment comes in so many styles by either the shape or the graphic itself.

We are not big into buying a bunch of trends but only a few every season & incorporate them with your Basics & other personal stylish items you like. But this trend is one that even after the season you can rock, either by WERK’n it the right way or lounging around the house…. For now we wanna show you how to WERK it NOW to be that trendsetter you know you are!!!

THRIFTED challenge – Day 1 OOTD

Hey HAWTies Hey,

Today was the start of the Massive HAWTness THRIFTED challenge. I wanted to showcase different looks that incorparated Thirfted items. You don’t always have to look like you shopped at the thrift store. Check out my look for DAY 1

With this look the only things that are not THRIFTED is my head wrap, purse ($40) & shoes ($12) both by Jessica Simpson. The shirt is a silk blouse that I got only for 2 BUCKS. I got it because you can never get tired of wearing silk & #2 they are currently in the style rotation if you pay attention to other HAWTies. The Pants or Stir Ups, whatever you want to call it I loved from the point I laid eyes on them when my Bestie, Miriam picked them up to try them on. Needless to say I was hoping that they were not a good fit on her……………….They weren’t they were too tall. YES!!, but the Heffa gave them to my Other Bestie, Africa & she didnt like how they fit her so she said the magic words……..”Hey DEE try these on they will look good on you” BANG BANG there you have it!! LOL

If you really like something & IT FITS!!!! Get it! Why not, you’re at the Thrift store it will not hurt your pockets HAWTies.

Catherine Malandrino collection for Spring 2013. The Inspiration was…… ”I wanted to capture the majestic, royal quality of Paris for the woman who lives at a fast pace in New York,”

This gave me LIFE this morning……………. I want most of these garments! This last look is just way to HAWT & I cant wait to drop these few pounds so I can rock shorts!!! What do you HAWTies think of the collection?
